Jinotepe: Short-Term Team Center

The largest facility on the Jinotepe campus is a Short-Term Team Center. This facility contains many large and small rooms that can be used by visiting volunteers and short-term teams. As many as 50 people can be accommodated at any given time, and the modular design of the facility allows several different teams of different sizes to each have their own accommodations. The center includes a large kitchen and a substantial dining area, as well as meeting areas and spectacular views of nearby mountains and volcanoes. The photos below show the kitchen, the exterior of the building, and some of the common areas.

Typically, teams pay about $30/person/day for all meals and lodging. We can accommodate teams that are coming to Nicaragua to work with Arms of Love, but we are also able to host teams that are engaged in other types of ministries and volunteer work in the country. The centrality of Jinotepe makes our location convenient to Managua, Grenada, and other cities and recreational areas, and the peacefulness of our tropical property with its lush vegetation and hiking trails makes it an ideal retreat after a long day of work. We also have "zip lines" through the tropical canopy that can be used by visiting teams, as well as a swimming pool and basketball court.
