The
following Operations Manual is followed by each of our
sponsored projects. The purpose of this manual is to
provide general guidelines for the operation of each
project that will help establish and maintain the standard
of care and level of accountability that we require. In
addition to these high-level guidelines and procedures,
each project also adopts lower-level rules and procedures
that further implement the objectives set forth in this
manual.
